Waiting list application

Please note that the Waiting list for Cubs - aged 8 to 10.5 is closed for the foreseeable future

Please complete the form below if you wish your child to  be put on a waiting list for Ash Green Scouts. Please note that Cub Scout Membership Lists and Waiting Lists are both full with no vacancies in the foreseeable future.

Beavers - 6-8 years

Cubs - 8 - 10.5 years

Scouts 10.5-14 years

Explorers 14-18 years

Could you give a couple of hours a week to make a big difference to the lives of young people in New Ash Green? If so, please click here for more information. Leaders' children are always guaranteed a place and never have to go on the Waiting List

IMPORTANT. If you are choosing between Monday or Tuesday for Beavers (ages 6-8 yrs), please be aware that Monday Beavers naturally move on to Monday Cubs and Tuesday Beavers move on to Friday Cubs. This cannot normally be changed.

If Beaver age (6-8yrs), which Beaver Colony would you like your child to join:

The information you submit on this form will be stored on a private database for the sole purpose of recording new members. If your child does not eventually become a member of Ash Green Scout Group all information held on him/her will be deleted. You may request that the information is not stored, but if you do so, we will not be able to place your child on a waiting list.
