Group AGM 2023
In accordance with The Charity Commission and the Scout Association rules, we have to hold an AGM every year and publish our report.
The AGM was held on Friday 9th June 2023, 6,30pm for 7pm start. This year, it was held at The New Ash Green Youth and Community Centre.
In line with the Scout Association's nationwide re-structure, we had to change our constitution this year. This is mainly changes to volunteer role titles and shared responsibilities. There are also changes to fall in line with the Charity trustees requirements.
