Jungle Cubs join in public performance

This December Jungle Cub Pack were offered the opportunity to perform on stage as part of a show led by Act One Drama Group.

The Chair of Act One Drama Group Louise Banks offered the opportunity to Jungle Pack to work towards their Entertainer Badge. Cubs were asked if they would like to join in with a traditional campfire song and acting out a poem about the fun and learning they have on winter camp.

The Winter Warmer Show, was performed on Sunday 4 December in the Village Hall and six cubs took part and one Scout. All the children were a credit to the group and the audience loved to see our cub scouts performing. The children were thrilled to be involved!

Yet another example of the opportunities scouting provides for children in the village.
