Ash Green Scouts is one of the village's success stories - and now we're asking you to be part of it.
In the past six months membership has almost doubled. We have a thriving Beaver Colony (for boys and girls between the ages of six and eight), Cub Scout Pack (eight to 10½) and Scout Troop (10½ - 14).
More than 80 young people in the village benefit from Scouting. They go camping, canoeing, climbing, hiking - in fact a whole range of activities.
We now need more adults to help us bring Scouting to more young people to give them a sense of adventure and help make them into better citizens.
You'll have a great time with Ash Green Scouts - it's lots of fun and you can use your knowledge and skills to help young people.
You can share your hobbies, use the expertise you have gained from work and even teach them the everyday things like learning to cook, simple house maintenance, electricals - we all have a vast array of skills we can share.
